Day 1: IL Concealed Carry Course (8Hr Credit)
CONTINUED TRAINING for IL CCL (8hour credit – You may take Day 2 before Day 1 or visa versa).
Did you take my Introduction to Handgun: Beginner / Refresher Course? If so, you earned an 8hour credit that day and this is the continuation to gain the additional 8hours needed to complete the IL CCL training requirements (16hrs total).
This course will cover the remainder of your training requirements which includes a day of in-class learning of 7 different key USCCA-curriculum based lessons to make you a well-rounded firearm owner. I will also include the IL State Law Supplement.
After completing the complete 16hours of training, you’ll receive a certificate that allows you to apply with the Illinois State Police for your IL Concealed Carry License. The certificate is good for 1 year from issue date.
